What Is A Painful Knot Below The Hairline With Severe Headache Suggestive Of?

Yes I have a small knot right below my hairline on the right side. I have had headaches a lot and it s mainly painful on the right side and behind my eyes and top right of my head. I talked to my doctor almost a year ago and she said it was just a lymph. But I am now really worried because the pain is getting worse.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the given history here it could be sinusitis, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try Tab Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen as per needed and Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine three times in day with advise to try steam inhalation, hope this information helps.
