Hello dear I understand your concern Lump under mons pubis could be due to hair follicle infection, sebaceous cyst, lipoma, bartholin cyst, vesicle. Physical examination by lady primary care physician is must to confirm the cause. Specific treatment depend on cause. Following treatment will help you: Apply warm pad application, take frequent hot bath Apply mupirocin ointment twice daily Do wax very carefully and avoid rough wax Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep area clean and dry Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash.
