What Is A Constant Pain In My Stomach?
Hello I m currently on a holiday in Thailand, the past two days I ve been unable to have a bowel movement, which is very strange for me. I have a constant pain in my stomach but I don t feel full. When I try to force. A bowel movement my stomach cramps even more

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis which is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach.
I suggest using antacid such as Mylanta.
I also recommend using Omeprazole.
