What Indicates A Slight Burn In Urethra And A Discharge After Urinating?

I have been treated for gohnerra before and was cleared up about 1 month ago then I believed I had had another one about 2 weeks later so I was being pumped full of antibiotics right and left powder pills a shot in the butt all multiple times! Then I started to feel better but not great and the urine tests all came back negative for stds! Now I notice that my ureatha has a slight burn just on the inside it's red and a little swollen! They are sometimes barley stuck together after I jack off! I notice a clear small amount of discharge after peeing! No burn though but I do feel a need to go a lot cause my bladder isn't fully emptying! My semen is sometimes watery and runny! I have recently been jacking of a lot a lot more than I should almost 8 times a day minimum! I drink a lot of alcohol and use soda for a chaser and rarely drink water! My balls sometimes feel a tiny bit sore but not bad! Would this be a sure case of a uti or more like my at came back or non whatever infection!! Please help this had gone on for way to long now and the doctors just keep prescribing the same stuff for gon. The clap and a uti but it seems to not be getting better

Hello,

There is definite narration to support cystitis. In absence of infection (if proven by negative culture and microscopy) this relates to altered pH homeostatic mechanism of urinary bladder following excess alcoholism causing dehydration.

Strongly recommended guidelines for your better recovery:
• Loading the antibiotics is of very less help, but prime issue is to stop alcohol if you really are concerned to get better early.
• Replenish your body with plenty of liquids as coconut water, lemon juice, green tea, coffee, butter milk, rice water, etc.
• Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water along with citrus fruits helps a lot.
• Need of further antibiotics, urinary alkalizers, anti-inflammatory agents require evaluation in person and laboratory data.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
