What Illnesses Would Show Positive ANA Antibodies?? I Recently Went

What illnesses would show positive ANA antibodies?? I recently went to my family physician complaining of fatigue, tiredness, body aches, joint pain and headaches. She ran bloodwork and it returned with a positive ANA test result. I was sent to a Rheumatologist for follow up. Other antibody tests, urine tests and x-rays were performed to rule out Lupus. All lab work came back negative. Yey! And Dr. Also ruled out Rheumatod arthritis. He did say I have osteoarthritis. True, I have pain in almost all joints, especially hands which show signs of crooked fingers, (knotty joints and enlarged knuckles) like those of my mother at 85. I am a very young 53 year old woman, active and in good shape, BUT I am extremely tired all the time and my body aches all day long especially with the damp fall weather. Additionally I have been dealing w/ ongoing stomach issues, pain and cyclical diarhea that has not been diagnosed after multiple tests. I'm so tired of being tired and in pain. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING ON? How can I manage my care to feel better. I AM SOLE CAREGIVER FOR MY PARENTS AND REALLY NEED TO BE ABLE TO FUNCTION.
Thank you for your time. Any advice, information or guidance to follow up with my PCP would be greatly appreciated
