Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* According to my clinical experience, following steps can help you in addition to what you are doing at present

- Consume proton pump inhibitor as Omeprazole or else with empty stomach morning and evening.

- Antacid syrup as Mylanta or others 2-3 times a day.

- Avoid all spices, non veg, dairy fat.

- Keep a check to have regular smooth bowel movements and if necessary use bulk forming laxative as well.

- Need prescription of GI specific antibiotic with your doctor as stool is fleshy.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
