Hello, I'm 21, 5'7, and probably about 140 pounds. I just returned from studying abroad in Spain for 4 months and I gained about 15 pounds. I want to loose as much weight by Monday as I can because I'm going to Cabo and I will be in a bikini. I've been working out a lot, but what foods do you recommend?

Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.
