What Dose Of Medemol Is Suitable For Children?

My son is 4 years old and he suddenly got fever and i regularly use medemol syrup but after 4 days also fever is still high and went uoto 103 degreess done a blood test and the tests are normal but when i given meftal the temp drastically reduces and he starts sweating so please suggest can i conti with meftal syrup if yes how many hours gap and can i give cetrizene antibiotec as combination if no then can i conti with medemol and cetrizene.

Medemol is paracetamol syrup and maftal p is mefenamic acid.Both are fever reducers.Given to symptomaticaly reduce fever and not treat cause.Minimum interval between 2 doses of paracetamol should be 4-6 hours and between 2 doses of meftal p 6-8 hours.In your case cause of fever needs to be found out and cause specific treatment needs to be initiated after thorough examination and SOS investigation.
