What Dose Of Clexane Should I Take?

I am going on a 5.5hr flight perth to singapore 2hr stopover then a 12.5 hr flight to frankfurt 3hr stopover then 2hr flight to dublin. Iam factor 5 leiden and weigh 140kg what shoud my dose of clexane be. I will be wearing ted stockings as well.

40 mg subcutaneously a day is the advised dose for immobilizing long journeys. use pressure stockings and consult your hematologist for further and detailed assessment of the situation.Discuss the option of FFPs with them too.
