General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Yes, your TSH level now is low and secondary to usage of thyronorm you have developed hyperthyroidism. I appreciate your knowledge that you know dose adjustment needed as per TSH level.
Now you will need 50 or 75 ug dose for hypothyroidism. Check TSH after a month and then every three months.
Maintenance dose has to be taken for life time. Regular follow up is necessary.

Advise : Consult physician or nearby endocrinologist if available and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
