Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain solid, hard white bumps on tongue seems to be most probably overgrown tongue papillae and the condition is known as Transient Lingual Pappilitis..

It leads to overgrowth of the tongue papillae that contains taste buds and the common causes for it can be allergic reaction to certain foods, gastric upset, stress, hormonal fluctuations, genetics etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture, blood tests, hormonal assy and biopsy of the lumps can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can start with warm saline gargles, gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine if there is pain and take a soft diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
