General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCm.
Weak pregnancy only means to the response to faint line obtained in pregnancy test. It is due to low levels of hormone beta-HCG excreted in urine. It will not affect your baby, as the pregnancy is yet to be confirmed.
Since the pregnancy needs to pick up if you have conceived, doctor has prescribed the medications which you need to take.
Once you get your ultrasound scan done, you will come to know the exact status of the pregnancy. Also you can check you blood for beta-HCG levels.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
