hai,

blood pressure will increase during physical exercise.immediately after a jogging blood pressure will be high because the cardiac output(heart pumping rate) will be increased.

when you are at rest the heart pumping rate will come to normal (72 to 80/minutes) and blood pressure will also decrease.

so this difference is because of physiological variations.it is normal. your resting BP 130/80 is normal.

thank you
hope i answered your query

Hi, Welcome to health care magic forum.
Blood pressure is a measurement depending on the peripheral blood vessels, means the muscle tissues, in the blood vessels, and the surrounding muscles.
When you walk, or do exertion like some heavy work, the muscle tissues maintain some contraction for some time, and show the high readings.
After exertion, when you take rest for a while, the muscles, relax and the reading comes to normal. In hard working people, and athletes, it wont cause such variation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.thank you.
