What Does Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate?
1 week after a missed period in the beginning of September I took a pregnancy test. The test came back positive, I have been experiencing some pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts, constipation, no morning sickness and no periods and a few more. Now in October, I suddenly start bleeding similar to my period? Could the pregnancy test have given me a false positive?

Hi, I can understand your concern. It is difficult to say without doing investigation. Kindly go for a ultrasound abdomen or Transvaginal sonography to confirm if you are pregnant or not. Sometimes even after conceiving, one might get spotting or bleeding. To rule out the exact cause,it is better to take a scan.
