What Does Uneasiness Around Anus And Blood In Stools Indicate?

Hi.

the last time i passed stool, i noticed blood. didnt feel any pain as such. however now i get a feel of uneasiness around the anal area. i also have a gas issue. i have no pain at the moment.

Please assist me to know what wrong with me and what should i do now. Also let me know what are the symptoms to look for once things are getting worse.

Hi,

If you have fresh blood coming out with stool then you are suffering from Hemorrhoid( Piles). These are of two types :
1 Internal
2 External

Internal ones are usually painless with bright red rectal bleeding. The stool itself is usually normally coloured.Other symptoms may include mucous discharge, a perianal mass if they prolapse through the anus, itchiness.

Initial treatment for mild to moderate disease consists of increasing fiber intake, oral fluids to maintain hydration, pain killers to help with the pain, and rest. A number of minor procedures may be performed if symptoms are severe or do not improve with conservative management. Surgery is reserved for those who fail to improve following these measures.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post it seems that you might be having anal fissure or hemorrhoid.

I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined by a surgeon.

You should take Sitz bath. Sitting in a tub of warm saline water will help you.

Following precautions may be helpful:-
1.Avoid constipation.
2.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
3.Drink lot of water everyday.
4.Increase fibre and roughage in your diet.

Also get yourself clinically examined.

it can be due to hyperacidity
and associated piles hameroids or fistula in anus
get surgeon consultation who may diagnose by examination and treat accordingly
