What Does Ultrasound Report As No Intramural Echos Suggest?

Hi Sir, kindly explain to me the result of my (kidney) ultrasound. the urinary bladder is well-filled with unthickened walls. No evidence of intraluminal echoes. Pre and post-void volumes are 131 ml and 14.6 ml respectively.
Impression: Urinary Bladder retention of 14%. Normal ultrasound of the kidnets.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have absolutely normal findings.
According to USG report,Urinary bladder appears normal.
Wall thickness of urinary bladder is normal.There are no e/o echoes within the lumen of urinary bladder which is usually present in infection.
Post void urine volume is insignificant.
Kidneys are also normal.
