What Does Tingling Sensation On The Legs Indicate?

Hello I was at the gym a few days ago and I felt a tingling sensation all down my leg everytime I did any single leg exercise. Now I have a huge bruise on my upper thigh where I felt most of the tingling sensation. I m worried I hurt a nerve because the bruise is in a straight line but about a finger in thickness. Is it ok?

tingling sensation in both legs is probably originating from your spine and indicates pressure on your nerve radices. but,to be on the safe side, check blood sugar, and blood count. also ,if the problem persists ,rule out vascular problems (color doppler ultrasound of lower extremities)....
again, since sensitive nerves are in the outer parts of radices, its compression manifests itself with tingling, before it compresses the inner, motoricnerves . also,do x ray of lower spine......
