What Does Tingling Sensation In The Forearms And Face Indicate?

Hi my name is Vince. I.ve been suffering last month from heartburn then got healed by local friend of mine. Then everything went good later on then got this tinkling on my both forearns and to my face. I think it from dehydration cos the doctor check my heart beat, pulse, breathing & we even do blood test & everything is good. Then i got this dizziness like i cant even sleep at night, only slept for 4 or 5hrs then woke up & cant slept. And sometimes i feel this hard time breathing like if theres lack of oxygen on my lungs...pls help me out

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history concerned please follow like this-

1)Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor and to confirm it do few investigations like [Neck X- ray and MRI]

2)Discuss prescription medications like [cyclobenzaprine, prednisone]

3)Do consult with a physiotherapist for specific exercise plan.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Try to do regular exercise and maintain activity will help speed recovery,

2)Do take over-the-counter pain relievers. Ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain if required.

3)Apply heat or ice. Applying heat or ice to your neck can ease sore neck muscles.

4)Use soft neck brace. The brace allows your neck muscles to rest.

Hope that helps
