What Does This X-ray Of Chest Indicate?

We consulted with two doctors. According to the first doctor she is in last stage and according to the second doctor she is in stage three. so, we are totally confused about the stage and the dose of chemo. She has three lumps. one in breast, another near the collar bone and another under the arm. chest rim X-ray and lateds view shows that lung is mitotic and there are three spots in liver. Her pathology reports i.e TC, DC, ESR, urea ,creatinin all are normal and the condition of chest is also normal. Could you please tell me what is her stage and what would be the appropriate dose for her?

Hello
According to query there is mentioned that she has 3 lumps . But you didn't mention the nature or type of lumps , whether they are malignant or benign . But it seems that they are malignant because there are mitotic changes in the lung i.e. the disease has spread ( secondaries ) to lungs .
You also mentioned that there are three spots in LIVER i.e. metastasis is also in the liver . But you didn't mention , where is primary lesion in this case.
As far as about the stage of disease it depend on many condition of disease as general condition of patient , type of cancer , depth of spread of disease in involved organs .
About the dosage , please mention the type of disease and general condition of patient . But in such type of cases physical examination will decide the future course of action , so consult an ONCOLOGIST and get his opinion.
Good luck.
