General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From the symptoms your daughter is having and the lab report,it seems that she is suffering from urinary tract infection.

I would advise you to get a urine c/s done to check out which antibiotic is the most sensitive,
along with that you can give her an alkaliser,
plenty of oral fluid intake is advised,
intake of cranberry juice would help in its prevention.

If these measures fail to improve her symptoms, consult with a pediatrician.
Take care,
Hope your query is solved.
