What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I m female, 20yrs old. Please help me analyze these results. I ve taken prescribed antibiotics for 4 days, here s before and after results. Color: yellow Transparency: slightly hazy Reaction: 5.0 Spec.Gravity: 1.005 Protein: *trace Sugar: negative Pus cells:5-8/hpf........................ 1-4/hpf Rbc: 3-6/hpf................................5-10/hpf Bacteria:moderate......................few Epithelial cells: moderate Crystals: amorphous urates=Few................moderate

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your urine report
Presence of pus cell, RBC, protein and bacteria above the reference range suggests urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to take proper prescribed medicine under the advise of the your treating doctor.
Doctor will give following treatment:
Tablet nitrozolium or septran DS
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital 5-10 m three times a day
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
