General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Looking at your reports, it's suggestive of urine infection. Trichomonas vaginalis is a microorganisms which manifest as vaginal discharge, burning sensation in urine. You may require a course of antibiotics like metronidazole group of drugs under medical supervision.

You should take lots of fluids orally to maintain good hydration and urine output which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract. Meanwhile maintain good hygiene and use condom during sex.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask for follow up question and I will be happy to help you.

Best wishes,
Dr. B R Hudda
