Hi,

Klebsiella aerogenes in the stool sample suggest that your baby may have a bacterial infection in the gastrointestinal tract. The presence of ketones in the urine may indicate that your baby is not getting enough calories or may have a metabolic disorder. The negative nitrite test suggests that there is no urinary tract infection.

It is important to consult with your pediatrician to determine the cause of diarrhea and to develop an appropriate treatment plan. They may recommend further testing or a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. Additionally, it is essential to ensure your baby is getting enough calories and fluids and monitor for signs of dehydration.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
