hi... you are having urinary tract infection which is evidenced by your urine examination... The pain is also because of infection,donot get panic .....Take lot of water and fruit juices....take citrus fruits plenty...and use antibiotic like cefixime 200 twice a day for 3 days.... Do not take antibiotic with out consulting a doctor,because some of the antibiotics are contraindicated in pregnancy,they will harm your child. Consult a gynecologist if have any bleeding immediately....the injection given to you is for maintenance of pregnancy which is a hormone supplement and this will not cure your urine infection.....and all these are common problems in pregnancy....just do not neglect any other symptom...and feel free to discuss any other problems you have... thank you
