What Does This Urinalysis Indicate?

hi maAm im juvy from philippines,im just ask about my result in urinalysis ,my old result i found ERY/HB 3+ AND BACTERIA 228 AND I CHECKED IT AGAIN THEN MY NEW RESULT IS ERY/HB IS 4+ AND THE BACTERIA IS 395..IM JUST WORRIED MAM...IT IS BAD MAAM?THANKS

Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).UTI is indicated due to presence of bacteria and RBC in urine.RBC/hemoglobin in urine may be due to UTI.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

You may need to take full course of antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.
