What Does This Upper Gastrointestinal (UGI) Endoscopy Indicate?

I am a 59 yo female, 5 2, 160 lbs. Recently had an Upper GI Endoscopy showing: Tortuous esophagus, Z line regular 30 cm from incisors, and 8 cm hiatal hernia. I am on 20 mg of Omeperazole and rarely have symptoms. My dr also wants to to have an X-ray of the upper GI. Are these findings alarming? Will I need surgery? On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the worse, how would you rate my results??
