What Does This Ultrasound Test Result Mean?
My ultrasound result : IMPRESSION: Normal size anteverted uterus with thick endometrium. Normal size ovaries with dominant follicle in the right. Minimal fluid in the pouch of douglas. Doc what is that mean? Pls.help me. I get ultrasound because i want to know if i already seen my baby. I m five weeks pregnant. But i am dissapointed the result because no baby seen.

You seem to have irregular menses
you are already overdue by one month.. while a follicle has just ruptured/ about to rupture ( which is about 14 days before menses.)
The usg shows a mature foĺicle in right ovary& the free fluid in cul de sac indicates ?recent ovulation.
It suggests yoou have chance if conception since last few days.
You should follow ovulation of the mature ovum (by lh surge test/usg follow up scans.. ) habe sex around the ovulstion &do hpt 15 days after the sex.
