What Does This Ultrasound Test Report Of The Neck Indicate?

My mother she does did her ultrasound and it appeared she has 2 mm hypochoic thyroid nodules one on her right upper lobe and one on her left lower lobe. Are hypochoic nodules malignant. she has her appointment with her endocarnalogist on Thursday but I m worried.

all hypoechoic nodules does not indicate malignancy.
FNAC test is needed to rule out type of cells in the nodule.
