What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Specify?

Hi, pls help with the interpretation of the scan results: UTERUS: Anne verted, normal sized. It is non gravid. Myometrium is homogeneous. No fibroid mass is noted. Endometrium is 13.9mm thick, irregular, soft echotexture hypertrophied. Cervix normal ADNEXUM : adenexa is clear. (L) ovary contains a follicle POD: nill CONCLUSION: Acyesis. Follicular phase of the endometrial circle

This ultrasound report is normal. It means there you have no pregnancy in your uterus and no problem is seen in the uterus or ovaries.
