General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your ultrasound that showed multiple subcapsular parenchymal follicles I am suggesting that you have a condition called polycystic ovarian disease

Moreover the endometrium that showed 5.5mm layer I am believing that this is an endometrial hyperplasia

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
