Hi Racquel,

I can understand your concern. Your ultrasound reposrt suggests that you are having multiple cystic cavities in your ovaries. It may be due to hormonal imbalance or problems in ovulation process. As the egg does not descend into fallopian tube regularly every month, you do not get regular menstruation nor can get pregnant till now.

However, if you start hormone replacent therapy based on the hormone levels your blood reports suggest, the cysts can be treated and the hormones can be balanced achieving regular ovulation and regular menstrual cycles making your chances of conceiving higher.

I hooe this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
