Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of ultrasound pelvis is as following:
The size of uterus is within normal range.
The ante-verted position of the uterus is also normal.
Homogeneous myometrial echotexture is also within normal range.
The endometrium thickness of 1.5 cm is also within normal range.
Non-visualization of ovaries can be due to soft tissues obscuring the ovaries.
All other findings are within normal range and there is nothing to worry about.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja Puri
