Hello,

For fatty liver, only life style changes required. Udiliv drug can be prescribed for that if needed. Fruits, sugar cane juice, Apple juice, Indian gooseberry, grapes et cetera good for liver.

For prostatomegaly, Tamsulosin and finasteride like drugs can be prescribed and PSA level should be checked. For non-reducible hernia, surgical treatment needed to reduce hernia and to do meshplasty.

Consult a surgeon for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
