Radiologist 's  Response
You have asymetric prostatic enlargment. Although the prostatic gland has normal volum 22 cc, the middle lobe enlargment can cause urinary outflow obstruction. It can lead to disuria and other urinary symptoms. You have to visit a Urologist doctor and perform a digital rectal examination, lab analysis PSA and some other exams.
