What Does This Ultrasound Report Regarding Ovarian Cysts Specify?

Hi, I am 21-years old just found out that I have:
My endometrium is 5.3mm thick. My right ovary measures 18.1cc and the left 12.8cc. There are at least 13 follicles on the right and 15 follicles on the left. There is a dominant follicle on the right measuring 23 x 13 x 16mm. All the other follicles are sub-10mm in size. Comment: There is polycystic morphology to both ovaries.
What do you think that this could be?

dear,
ur usg report is absolutely normal, in routine ovarian cycle 8-15 cycle starts growing but only1 outgrows all which is known as dominant follicle,and the time of ovulation the dominannt follicle is selected and gets fertilised with sperm or gets atretic if its not fertilsed.
so there is no need worry at all as this is perfect ultrasound report.
