What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Kidney Indicate?
Hi My Name is Subhash I dane my Ultrasound My R Kidney 10.1X4.0cm and L kidney 11.6x5.1cm Bladder wall in the trigone shown minimal thickeninig and is 4-5 mm Prostate is enlarge its 4.4x4.0x4.0 cm Vol.38 cc median lobe of prostate is enlargeed and shows intravesicle protusion Vol.5 cc Opinion- Prostatomegaly and thick Urinary Bladder wall. Kindly Suggest Doctore and Treatment.

Prostatomegaly with 38gm of prostate is called as benign hypertrophy of prostate.
It could also mean some inflammation of it due to some infection.
It will be beneficial to get a per rectal exam done from doctor to see the firmess of prostate as it gives idea of the prostatomegaly.
Urologist consultation will be useful for you as he is specialist in that field.
