What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi! I just had my ultrasound with the impression of borderline hepatomegaly with grade fatty changes and nonobstructing calculi on left kidney. Liver is borderline enlarged in size 15.3cm and shows homogenous echotexture . 0.5cm echogenic foci nested near lower lobe of left kidney. Can you help me to further understand these findings. One thing more my urinalysis has 6-8 wbc. Thank you.
