What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean About The Ovaries?

I am 44 years old. I have not had a period in 3 months, have a heaviness in my abdomen, urgency when urinating, feel bloated, constant cramps and a sharp pain in my right side. The transvaginal ultrasound revealed an anechoic 1.9 cm x 2.6 cm x 2.1 cm cystic structure when has a small peripheral septation. There is some color Doppler flow around the cystic lesion arising from the right ovary. There is no significant free fluid seen. What does this mean?
