What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hello, my uterus is retroverted, normal size. Corpus measures 4.6x4.6x5cm. Cervix -2.5x3.4cm with nabothian cyst, 0.5cm. Myometrial echopattern is homogeneous. Endometrial lining -0.86 cm with minimal flowing echogenic echoes at the uterine cavity. Right ovary -2.5x1.7x2.3cm with 2follicles 0.5. Inferomedial to the right ovary is unilocular thin walled cystic mass with no solid mural nodules measuring 2.7x3.9x3.8cm. Left ovary 3.1x1.4x3.4cm with 9follicles 0.4 to 0.9cm. No pelvic fluid. Please explain. Thanks
