Ajitha 25 yr My 1st ultrasone report Single intrauterine gestation Uterus : Appears anterverted and gravid myometrial echoes normal Well defined gestatiional sac seen within uterine cavity measuring 1.52cm Yolk sac seen Fetal pole not sceen Internal os is closed cervial length normal Corpus luteal cyst in right ovary Left ovary normal Impression Early intrauterine gestation of 6w2d Suggested follow up scan after 2w Plz explain my report sir /madam pllzzzz

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report shows presence of single pregnancy.
At this time the fetal pole is not visualized and thus, you are suggested to get a repeat ultrasound after two weeks.
Fetal pole should be visualized after 2 weeks to ensure well being of the fetus.
