General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi and very pleased to help you
If the woman is a multipare (Woman who has multiples childbirth), uterine volume value is normal. If the woman is a nulliparous (Woman who has no childbirth), there is a significant increase in uterine volume.
On the other hand, the heterogeneity of the endometrium is suspiciously in favor of a beginning uterus pregnancy.
then for the nullipart I can suspect a pregnancy, for the multipart, I ll check a blood pregnancy test before concluding a normal ultrasound exam or an ultrasound check after a week before testify ultrasound check normality
Best wishes
