General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is a minor collection in the pelvis.

We have to rule out possibilities like pelvic inflammatory diseases.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Follow up ultrasounds are required.

If the size is increasing, a laparoscopic examination can be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
