=Grade 1 fatty infiltration means slight increased fat storage in the liver. It may occur due to many reasons, including high fat diet, overweight, and diabetes. Its a mild degree and there is nothing to get concerned about.

= Mild splenomegaly is non-specific. It could be simply due to your body built (it can be larger in taller individuals), or maybe due to infection, anywhere in the body. Your doctor should decide after clinical examination and history taking, if it's a non significant finding, or if further evaluation is needed.

= Right kidney patchy increased echogenicity is also non-specific finding. Correlation with kidney functions should be considered.

= Edematous bowel wall changes; your examiner states its due to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). He may have suggested this diagnosis from your medical history.
Having IBD can be the reason for splenomegaly and the mild fatty liver infiltration.

= Prostatomegaly means an enlarged prostate. Prostate enlarges with age. Receiving a treatment or not depends on whether its causing you any complains, such as difficulty in urination.

I hope that clarifies everything for you.
Thank you for choosing HCM.
Regards.
