What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor I got the USG of my wife which feature that A lare well marginated cystic lesion in left adnexa having calcification in solid component having with septations and Enlarge right ovary with multiple small follicles (PCPO pattern) arranged at periphery having dominant echogenic stromal content what this two statment means. Please let me known. Tnank You.
