What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi am pregnant 3-4weeks now ultrasound shows cavity contains single gestational sac with no foetal pole seen at the moment.however,yolk sac noted.GSM 8.9mm and there are mixed echogenic masses seen within myometrium.the largest is on the interior wall measuring 28mm*23mm There s a thin-walled cystic mass seen on the right ovary 33mm in diameter (corpus luteum cyst) Pls any treatment?

Corpus luteum cysts and echogenic masses are to be ignored. These do not cause any problem. Just ignore these.
