What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

What does the following mean?      IMPRESSION:            1. Myomatous uterus. The largest leiomyoma is intramural posterior      fundal, likely with a small submucosal component.            2. Limited evaluation of the superior corporal portion of the      endometrium. Visualized portions are without focal mass.

Thanks for posting on HCM
The result suggest uterine fibroids with the description and position of the largest given.Uterine fibroids may pose no problem if not symptomatic even though fertility might be compromised especially with very big ones.However, if symptomatic, management will be needed.You will however need to see a Gynecologist with the results for management options if need be.
