What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am 54 and just had an ultrasound. It says uterus is anteverted with smooth countour and homogenous pattern. The endometrium is homogenous measuring 1.19 cm thicj with intact subendometrial halo. Within the endometrial cavity at the posterofundal area is an irregular hypoechoic mass mesuuring 1.3 x 0.7 x 0.5 cm. Impression NORMAL SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS. THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM CONSIDER ENDOMETRIAL PATHOLOGY. ATROPHIC OVARIES. What does that mean?

I really appreciate your concern, what the findings are given here it may be due to age and may not be due to any disease but the given finding needs to be correlated with the clinical condition for which the test being done, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
