What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Sir my problem was bilateral renal calculi with right PUJ Calculi with proximal hydronephrosis. My treatment done righrURSL+Bilateral DJ stenting on 8 april 2016 and left ESWL Done on 9april 2016 After it cystoscopy + DJ stent reoval (bilateral) done under sedation on 30 may2016 Sir now i am feeling flank pain on right kidney and pathlogy reports said 40-50 h.p.f. rbc in my urine Sir why and what is the reason behind it.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here could be due to infection and it could be because of procedure done, in my opinion it can be managed with Di sodium hydrogen citrated liquid 20 ml three times in day hope this information helps.
