Hello and welcome to HCM, The scan has shown presence of a stone in the bladder. The stone is the cause of urinary tract infection (UTI). First of all the UTI needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics. A routine urine examination, culture and drug sensitivity needs to be done to identify the causative micro-organism and to select the most appropriate antibiotic. Thereafter, the stone needs to be removed by cystoscopy or any other appropriate technique. I suggest you to consult an urologist for further management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
