What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hello dr. I had an unltrasound at 7wk n 5days in which gestational sac was 27mm with no foetal pole.amnoitic fluid was clear,decidial reaction is seen.am a lil overweight too.I was having pcos but conceived earlier than expected.No foetal node at 7weeks mean a miscarriage?I have no bleeding as such.But according to my lmp i am only 6 weeks n 2days.Presently I am 8 weeks and 2days.

I have gone through your ultrasonogram report.sorry to say that its miscarriage.normally fetal pole and even cardiac activity are seen by 6 wks 6days. Its not nessesary to have bleeding in all miscarriages.gestationalsac with no fetal pole called blighted ovum. Its better to go for complete aborsion.
